SIGNING A NEW LEASE 

1. Fall in LOVE with a unit you see on one of my socials.
2. Reach out to me for the details.
3. I'll connect you with my on-site leasing partner.
4. When you first speak with or visit the property, you must remind them that the Property Personal Shopper LLC referred you. This can be inserted on your intake form and/or apartment application.
5. Once your lease is signed and you move in, I'll send your reward link via Email. It's that simple!

*Amount of Reward Card is calculated using the net commission issued to me (min. reward $50). 
*Reward card will be sent within 30 days of your confirmed move-in date. 
*Multiple gift cards can be selected on the Reward Card Provider's site, up to the total value of your Reward!
*Reward Cards can be used in-store or online, unless otherwise stated.
